Space Shuttle Discovery & Booster Rockets model
The Discovery Space Shuttle was a key spacecraft used for over 25 years by the U.S. Space agency NASA.
Discovery’s maiden space flight was in August 1984 and their six-day mission was to deploy three satellites and conduct a number of experiments. After a successful 27 years the final mission was in February 2011 where the team transported several items to the International Space Station (ISS). This historic spacecraft is due to be put on display at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Virginia.
This Space Shuttle Discovery model from Revell is scaled down to 1:144 scale, and features high detail of the actual spacecraft, including booster rockets and mobile launch pad.
