Based in the heart of Harwell, Oxford Space Systems is on a mission to become the global leader of deployable antennas and structures for the new space age!

Antennas are important components of communicating with satellites sent into space. OSS offer a range of antennas which are smaller, lighter, and cheaper than traditional designs. Their innovative approach uses technology beyond the space sector – bringing in knowledge from disciplines including material science, mechanisms, thermal and radio-frequency engineering.

One of Oxford Space Systems’ innovative helical antennas currently being used in orbit, which springs like a jack-in-the-box from a cubesat platform!
